Our experience
WL Associates was formed in 2007.
- We offer our management consultancy services to any business;
- We have international experience;
- We can communicate effectively at all levels;
- We have all held senior responsibilities as Directors in our respective fields;
- We believe in what we do, and our customers find that we do what we say we'll do.
We are as comfortable with SME and start ups as we are with multi site distribution businesses, multi nationals or businesses that are just round the corner.
We provide these things generally with a consultancy led project system, appropriate for the size and complexity of the task. A simple 5 step approach that:
- Defines the objectives and scope;
- Analyses the data;
- Creates the plan;
- Determines the implementation process and can help to deliver as required;
- Monitors and reviews the progress and result.
Day to day this will mean:
- Researching the status quo and gathering data for analysis, interviews and spending some time with the business management, employees and stakeholders;
- Facilitating focus teams and project groups;
- Developing proposals.
Mostly we work at clients locations to get the feel of the business. This helps identify the strengths and weaknesses, looking at the options for improvement and finding the right solutions, working with the client to manage the project as effectively as we can.
