So what about Quality?

Quality is the measure of something, you can have poor Quality and you can have fantastic Quality. Quality depends on good process, clear, friendly and fair management style. It depends on the confidence that comes from knowing that not only can you say yes but that you can deliver what you have offered, on time, to the right place, at the right price, with the attitude that confirms that you are a Quality Organisation.
