So what about Quality?

Quality depends on good process, clear, friendly and fair management style. It depends on the confidence that comes from knowing that not only can you say yes but that you can deliver what you have offered, on time, to the right place, at the right price, with the attitude that confirms that you are a Quality Organisation.
